All cancellations must be actioned through the ActivPod mobile application. Simply go to the “Scheduled Sessions” section to cancel your upcoming session(s). Charges for these cancelled sessions are subject to the below terms and conditions.
You have 3 hours to cancel your upcoming session for a full return of credits or funds. After the 3 hour period you will be charged the full amount of credits or funds and no refunds will be given.
If you are unable to attend your session you MUST cancel your slot regardless of how long there is before your session starts.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel your session, we will notifiy via email as soon as possible and all credits and/or funds will be reimbursed to your account.
