All sessions must be pre-booked via the app – no walk-ins permitted.
You MUST inform us via the app at the time of booking if you have any number of buddies with you.
Maximum of 4 users at any one time – no exceptions.
Please be courteous to the person using the gym before and after you. Sessions are back-to-back.
Parking is available onsite free of charge. When parking, please be mindful of the person before and after you.
CCTV is in operation 24/7 inside and outside the premises for your safety.
In case of emergency, dial 999, then contact the number displayed inside the Pod.
A First Aid Kit is located in the front porch area. There is no defibrillator on site.
Please read and accept the digital waiver before your first visit.
Wipe down all equipment after use with provided sprays and cloths.
Leave the Pod as you found it – clean, tidy, and ready for the next member.
Suitable gym attire and clean indoor trainers must be worn at all times.
Strictly no sharing of access codes – violations may result in suspension.
No group training beyond the 4-person limit.
No misuse of equipment or unsafe behaviour – we operate on mutual respect and self-responsibility.
No hot food or alcohol permitted inside the Pod.
You may be held liable and charged for any damage caused outside of fair wear and tear as well as any cleaning that is required due to your actions.
This is a private gym space built on trust. Breaches of these rules can lead to suspension or permanent removal from the ActivPod community.
