If someone collapses or is unresponsive:
Call 999 and give your location: ActivPod, Location goes here.
Use the first aid kit located in the front porch area by the front door.
Use the fire extinguisher located in the front porch area by the front door.
Evacuate immediately through the front exit or rear fire exit
Do not re-enter until cleared by emergency services
No smoking or open flames permitted at any time either onsite or outside within the properties grounds.
If TVs, lights, or sound cut out unexpectedly:
End your session if unsafe to continue
Report the issue to: ActivPod – 07000 000 000
Do not attempt to fix or unplug any equipment
Stop using any machine that makes unusual noises or feels unstable
Report faults via email – hey@activpod.uk
Do not use broken equipment – we review CCTV if needed
Max. 4 users per session
No staff are present on-site – exercise at your own risk
Be mindful when lifting heavy weights alone. Consider bringing a workout buddy
CCTV is in operation inside and outside for your security except in toilet or shower areas
Footage may be reviewed in the event of an incident
Ensure your app access is working before you begin
Keep your phone accessible in case of emergency
Doors can always be opened from inside
You have read and accepted the waiver before use
You are fit to exercise or have consulted a medical professional
